The Costume Queen

Maggie Pie is an odd bird with an eye for all things sparkly and a song in her heart. She is a seasoned performer with experience in dance, singing, acting, musical theatre, clowning and drag. Also a trained artist, she graduated from Uvic with a B.F.A. in theatre specializing in costume design. She joined G.O.T in early 2009 from a genuine desire to help give a voice to those society ignores and from a selfish desire to costume such a creative group of fine performers. Joining G.O.T ended Maggie’s nearly 10 year absence from the stage. She has since performed at Kitty Nights, The Diamond mine, The VIBF, several Terminal City Roller Girl Fundraisers and numerous other fundraisers around the lower mainland.
